Meet Sarah Casey

Real estate is more than a career for me — it's a natural extension of a life built around property, land, and helping people find the right place to call home. Before earning my real estate license, I spent 13 years managing horse farms, where I developed a deep understanding of soils, pastures, zoning regulations, and barn maintenance. That hands-on knowledge gives me an edge that few agents can offer, especially when it comes to equestrian properties and large-acreage estates.

Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, I've lived in New York — from Hyde Park to Long Island — before making North Carolina my home. Along the way, I gained valuable experience in investment properties, from flipping and rehabbing to managing rental portfolios. Today, I live in Seven Lakes North and serve the Pinehurst, Southern Pines, and greater Moore County area through eXp Realty.

The Sandhills region is unlike anywhere else. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, and I stay actively involved in the community — working with county commissioners and the planning board, and volunteering my time teaching children with dyslexia to read. When I'm not helping clients, you can find me sailing or swimming.
